Sugar Cookie Frosting
(Weight Watcher Point value is 1 point for frosting)
2-3 tbsp butter, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4-1/2 cup half & half cream, divided
2 cups powdered sugar, divided
additional powdered sugar as needed
food coloring
Beat together butter, vanilla, 1 tbsp of half & half and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
Add alternating portions of 1-2 tbsp half and half and powdered sugar, beating after each addition until well blended.
Once desired consistancy is reached, divide the icing into separate bowls. Add food coloring of choice and mix. Frost those cookies!
